Have you ever felt too far gone? Too lost that no one can reach you? Isaiah 43:1 reminds us that God has redeemed us and we can trust Him to bring us back. The one who knows every part of us has already made a way.
God redeemed us by sending Jesus to die on the cross for us. We are now part of the family through salvation in Christ. God calls us His own. He knows our names, and He says that we are His.
The benefit of being a child of God Almighty, the Uncreated One, is that He is in full control. He leads us and provides for us each day.
We do not need to know all the answers, because all the answers are in Him.
But now, this is what the Lord says—
he who created you, Jacob,
he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
Isaiah 43:1, NIV

Prayer: Today Lord, help us to remember that we are never too far gone, or too far away for your mercy to reach us. Thank you for sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sin. Thank you for restoring us back to you. Thank you for every blessing you have given us. Be exalted, now and forever more.
Amen.
